Unfortunately, the gameplay in FIFA 19 remains largely unchanged from last year’s lackluster release. It still uses EA’s Ignite engine (later used in FIFA 16 for PS4/Xbox/PC) and can’t compete with the fluid movement and realistic player graphics of the Frostbite-based versions.
The game’s pacing is also highly inconsistent; some players are incredibly fast, making them difficult for defenders to track, while others seem to be walking across the pitch as they attempt to pass the ball.

UEFA Champions League:
The UEFA Champions League has been added to both Ultimate Team and Career modes. Unfortunately, these are the only major changes to these two modes. FUT lacks Squad Battles and Divisional Rivals, two exciting features added to other installments in the last two years. The Career mode is also incomplete, consisting only of basic transfer negotiation screens, a far cry from the 3D transfer negotiation screens found on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
