About This Game:
Dead Cells Switch NSP is a unique blend of roguelike and Metroidvania platforming, where you play as a prisoner living inside a headless corpse. You’ll traverse a series of levels, battling various enemies and collecting weapons and superpowers along the way.
Dead Cells boasts beautiful graphics that combine a pixel art style reminiscent of past games with a mysterious Gothic aesthetic. The controls are simple, and the randomly generated levels are challenging and fun. While the levels vary slightly each time, the core concepts remain the same—each level leads to the next, all at the same difficulty level, but with different details.

Bosses and support enemies use attacks based on specific patterns, reminiscent of the Dark Souls games, but this version doesn’t rely on difficulty. Replayability is no longer frustrating, thanks not only to the randomly generated levels but also to numerous hidden secrets. This installment features 17 levels to explore and five different bosses to defeat, each with varying difficulty levels.
Dynamic Action
The castle is teeming with diverse enemies that you must confront and defeat. However, this task is challenging due to the game’s Souls-like structure. This challenge requires you to learn the innkeepers’ movements and master your combat skills.
Customizable Experience:
You can rearrange and resize the control buttons until you find the perfect setup. You can also connect a Bluetooth game controller to your phone and play with it.
Non-Linear Progression:
As you progress through the game, you’ll discover the effectiveness of the recurring death feature. New stages unlock after you die. This requires you to advance through the castle, which opens randomly each time, and defeat bosses.
