DELTARUNE Switch NSP is a free-to-play role-playing game (RPG) created by Toby Fox, the award-winning developer of Undertale. Set in a different world than the first game, it expands the series while retaining its unique charm. Known for its music, characters, and unexpected ending, Deltaron is the first game in the series yet to be officially released. It can be played on multiple platforms, allowing players to join from anywhere.
While many believe Deltaron is a prequel or sequel to Undertale, it is quite the opposite. The game takes place in a different world, with a different story and new characters. Some familiar characters appear, but only in minor roles. Everything is new except for the music and Undertale’s signature humor. It’s more of a narrative reboot than a sequel.
The game’s premise is similar to Undertale: the protagonist falls into an underground world filled with monsters and must find their way back home. The game features four main characters: Susie, Lancer, Ralci, and Kris, and the story revolves around them. The characters are well-developed, and their dynamism and emotions bring the game to life.
Chris descends from a dark warehouse into the strange world of the Underworld, a realm filled with mysteries, enemies, and monsters from the Undertale universe. The game maintains its benevolent, non-violent approach, offering the same fierce battles and peaceful combat. However, as new chapters arrive, the game’s emotional and technical complexity increases.

Is Deltarune kid-friendly?
A lot of children enjoyed playing Undertale, and the same is true for Deltarune. It’s kid-friendly and easy to play. As long as a child can read the dialogues and follow the steps, he or she can easily play the game.
